About the Role:
We’re looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team to help create handmade bead products during our peak season. If you enjoy crafting and working with your hands, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to a growing local brand.

Responsibilities:
• Creat and assembling bead-based accessories
• Maintain quality and consistency in handmade products
• Follow production guidelines and safety standards
• Pack finished goods for retail or events

Requirements:
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Able to meet daily or weekly production targets
• Prior experienced in crafting, jewelry-making, or handmade work is a plus
• Punctual,Reliable and Able to commit to scheduled hours during the peak season

Terms & Payment:
• Payment is based on output (per completed piece), with rates depending on complexity and design
• Payment is made weekly or bi-weekly (to be confirmed during onboarding)
• Tools and materials are provided
• Flexible working hours within assigned shifts
